It's not too late and you are definitely not too old. There are many examples of people starting anew as late as their 70's and 80's. Women are doing stand-up comedy tours, there is the documented fact that women in their 60's and 70's are the fastest growing demographic of new writers, older women are becoming body builders or running marathons and all the possible dreams in-between are being realized.
In my programs you'll be invited to take a step back and take a step in, opening to our stage of life-in the times we are in today. We all can feel the world shifting. It is a new world we are lucky enough to witness, to be a part of and to become our best selves in- whatever that looks like for each of us.
'Lucky' may not ring true because we are in the throes of a major shift in consciousness and lifestyle. As we go forward with the vision of ourselves that feels true, we'll also dismantle the beliefs that hold us back like, "it's too late", or "people your age don't do that". We'll replace the internal negativity with the empowering truth that you can be, do or create whatever you and your soul are choosing. We'll establish grounded confidence in our ability to be who we imagine we are at our core.
